I have taken my Nokia Lumia 625 to the Customer Care.. They took the set inside and God knows what ever they have done.. After 20 min they returned my set with no changes… Always the service men are in a hurry. With whatever defects I have submitted my phone with the same defect they have returned my set back. I really doubt if they have any knowledge how to repair a phone… The thing I have understood is that they deal with special care with only those persons those whoever dont have warranty coverage because they can charge them money.. The only thing they knows is to do a software update and nothing else. That I can also do it from home. Why should I go to nokia care for a simple update. I request you to look after the matter please. The address of the NOKIA CARE IS (279, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road, Garia, Kolkata – 700047)… I am facing a network problem not because of my sim but because of my phone. While calling I am unable to listen properly… I put my sim to another phone and it worked fine. I tried the sim card with 2 other phones and it worked fine. My personal contact number is 9038572869. If this goes on NOKIA will loose all its good will.
