96738XX954 was my prepaid mobile number. In November 14 i applied for postpaid connection through Yashcom Telecom Service provider. He collected Rs 250 for activation of Vodafone postpaid. But in a week my connection was closed and is inactive till date. i tried many times but agency not responding me. My clients cannot contact me suffered loss because of negligence till date. Want my Money back and number activated.

I demand a refund of Rs 250 along with compensation for loss suffered and activation of my number.
