I have made a complain with complain No.GB0914003450 made on 10.09.2014 regarding non cooling by the whirlpool window AC. The concerned service center took my window AC to the work shop for repairing the defect/filling Gas etc. The service center engineer after repairing re-installed my window AC on 17.09.2014.The engineer left the stabilizer of the AC on floor and cable wire open which leads to dangerous for my small kids. The problem of not cooling by my AC was still persisting that means no repairing/gas refilling was done at the workshop. I made a call to customer care who informed that my complain No.GB0914003450 was closed by the service center, that was too without my feedback (Problem was still persisting). The customer care staff registered a new complain with complain No.GB0914006030 on 19.09.2014 for not cooling by the AC. Till today i.e 22.09.2014 no one has attended the complain. If you will peruse the complaints made by me from April to September 2014 you will find that through out this summer season i am making complaints regarding problems in my window AC and suffered a lot during the entire summer season. The complains are as follows: GB0414004839 (dated 13/4/04), GB0514001310 (dated 2/5/14, GB0514008025 (dated 16/5/14, GB0514013917 (dated 30/5/14), GB0614003565 (dated 7/6/14), GB0614009761 (dated 18/6/14), GB0614010928 (dated 20/6/14), GB0914003450 (dated 10/9/14), GB0914006030 (dated 19/9/14).
This faulty whirlpool window AC must be replaced with good one.
