I have placed an order on date 23/08/2013 on NGPAY for Wildcraft Duffle Bag worth Rs 2195 for which order is not deliverd yet. I have spoken to their customer care executive time and again but the issue was not resolved. Transaction ID-NGPAY1258574479.

Either they should refund me with interest. or they should deliver my order by Hand to my mentioned addres.
