Tata Indicom – Automatically activate GPRS Package and not giving refund.

On the date of 11 Oct 2013 I have been successfully recharge of INR 251 through Tran ID 10003146008971 in which I have received INR 205 talktime and 1GB 3G data. After half an hour when I see my balance there was a reduction of INR 90 even through I din’t make any call. When I call to customer care they told me due to auto renewal of INR 90 it has been cut but I never activate this package and don’t make any call to activate INR 90 package.I don’t know why they cut down my balance?

I want they refund my balance of INR 90 in addition to that 1 GB 3G data also.
