Will DTDC Chairman Look into Courier Delivery Issues ?

I placed an order for a book from Arihant Publishing House online for which I made the payment beforehand through my debit card. The order was placed on 11 Sept, 2014. The seller couriered the order on 13 Sept,2014 through DTDC (OD. No. Z33605320). Since 15 Sept, the order is out for delivery and despite my repeated attempts to inquire about my order, the company has failed to give me a proper explanation about the delay. I have lost ample amount of time which cannot be compensated.

I want some consolidation amount from the courier company as a fine for this unexplained delay and unprofessional attitude shown towards me and my complaint. I would strongly like to focus my complaint towards the person (Mob. 9899705503) whom I have been contacting for the past 3 days about my order.
