Hi sir I got the Jio sim on 26/08/2016 and until today my jio sim card isn’t activated i tried calling the customer care number of jio but there is no response i request you to activate my sim please solve my issue my offer code is 555501 28068 alternate contact no. 9617XX8007 documents are submitted offer barcode is now marked as Redeemed from a week but card is inactive please activate it soon.
