Wills Lifestyle Replacement of Garments

We have purchased 2 garments from Wills Lifestyle Retail outlet from Wills Lifestyle.The garments were faulty and we requested for a replacement. We were told that the garments will go to the Customer service team and will be replaced only after the confirmation from Customer Service. Even after sending multiple reminders and requests for the last 4 months, we have yet not received any response. Verbally they have denied the replacement claiming that the garments were not washed properly. But we have never washed the garments and returned the same without even wearing the same once. Multiple mails have been sent for the details and the response, but till date no response have been received from the retailer. Kindly help.

INR 1978/- only is the financial loss which was paid for the garments. Garments are still with the retailer (Will Lifestyle Store).

Garments to be changed (Credit Note) and an inconvenience charges of INR 5000/-
