I paid Rs.19552/- to Wood-Land packers and Movers on 09-May-2014, to transfer my house hold items from Bangalore to Trivandrum. On delivery i found 2 items are missing which costs around Rs. 30000/-. The person i dealt with agreed that the items are missing. But he is not willing to pay the amount. When is not agree to deliver the goods. I have also lodged a police complaint regarding the same in Trivandrum.

Two Missing items details are mentioned below : 1. XBOX 360 with motion sensor and Fab India Music Box. These two items were wrapped together. 2. Shoe stand.

The packer should return my items un-damaged else he should pay me the price Rs. 30000/-.
