Purchased Wooden double BED cot and Kurl-On mattress and 3+1+1 model sofa set from a dealer WOOD-CITY; Puttenahalli; JP Nagar-7th Phase; BANGALORE-560078; Bed COT was broken during the transport and installation. complaint resolved in 2-days. Kurl-On mattress was broken from inside and got replaced by factory in 2-weeks.

On the very 2nd day of installation the SOFA-SET (3+1+1 model) reported to be torned-OFF and the clothes used in are of sub-standard the cover/cloths are wearing out from the 2nd day. The SOFA taken by the dealer for repair. But did NOT return back even after 30-days. Now asking us to take the SOFA which is repaired using again substandard and dirty clothes

I’ve paid Rs:21,000/- for SOFA-SET. Since from the day one I’ve NOT used the sofa and torned-OFF or the problem is reported to the dealer. He took back the SOFA-SET in 6-days of delivery to me. he took 30-days to get it repaired and now forcing me to take the SOFA which is made of substandard goods and in the repair has used the old and dual coloured clothes. I cannot take back so return my Rs:21,000/- with interest from the day of purchase
