Hi, I had bought a pair of sandals for 2500 rupees from the woodland store at GPI mall, Noida, sec 18 on August 13, 2013. But when I used it the next day , its straps over toes loosened up and my foot started to be out of its appropriate place because of this thing. Not only this, it felt so hard and uncomfortable thereafter, I could hardly walk. By the evening, I developed severe pain in my both the feet. It really made me feel regret buying this product which was bought just one day ago! !!!!! I also bought polish and its brush from there at the same time for 490 rupees. So, the very next day, I reported to the shop about this problem where the manager named Jaspreet behaved very rudely. On consistent requesting, he just submitted the sandals and asked me to wait until he contacts me back. He said that the company would decide what to do in the situation. I also insisted to submit the polish and its brush because I had bought those for the sandals and were useless for me now but he refused rudely. Since then I haven’t got any call from them and it has been more than 6 months!! It’s really been so harassing for me. I have been really upset over such torture by this company. Please make sure for ALL my money to be refunded including the things other than sandals as I never used them. Even the seal is intact. Alok Singh. mob 9654871xxx
