Worst Follow Up for the complaints:

When we ever we call 121 to say bout the mms problem, immedaite response is, we will register a complaint number for the concerned department.
This happens evberytime u call them. If u ask them wat happens to the earlier complaint number, they say due to some technical problem we didnt proces that. Standard Answer. Customer Care people are not techies. I do understand, but if they are not able to say bout the problem, why cant they forward the request to techies to solve that imeedaitely instaead of complaint number and stuffs.
Let the complaint number be raised by the techies need basis.
And also to call 121 we need to press thousand buttons like 1,2,3,0,7,8 and then 9 to reacxh customer care rep.
why is this requires. Why cant a sinlge button click will reach them. I m not blaming the people who is working, its all the people who manges this.
Very Unfair.
