1. I am not able to login to my account to renew my broadband subscription. I am located in Chennai, Kilkattalai.
When I try to renew my account online, an error message appears. But with the same username and password I am able to browse the net. Only renewal is not possible.
I also sent a message to the number given by sify 54545 to renew the account. Sify says that a customer service agent would callback within 4 hours but nothing happens. From tomorrow the connection would be deactivated. But sify doesn’t care.
2. Poor customer service
This time I haven’t called customer service yet. Because earlier when the connection was disconnected I had called them for ten days before they restored the service. The agent who answers the call is just a tape recorder. He doesn’t do anything. Just reads a script.
Overall my experience tells that this company doesn’t respect its customers. There should be strong laws to penalise them. For they are no better than robbers. This is just daylight robbery.
