Dear Sir/Mam, Product Detail: Oder Id: 5094151758 product ” HCL ME V1 4 GB ” Booking Date: 28 Feb 2013 Price : Rs. 7,899 Website: www.futurebazaar.com Delivery Date Mention in Email: Delivery before 07 Mar 2013 Dear Sir/Mam, I booked the above mention product from futurebazaar and the didn’t deliver the product on date and on 8th Mrch I called the customer care service so the told me that sir we dont have product in stock and we will probablly dispatech the product by on 12th march and today on 12th March I got the call from their customer care and They are saying me that Sorry sir We are not able to deliver your product and we are refunding your money. Please sir tell me what will I do now I was on their trust that they will deliver my product and they used my money 12 days and now they are saying sorry sir we are not able to deliver the product . If they dont have product in stock so they should have to write that the product is out of stock. Please Sir/Mam please guide me what will I do. Even I wasted my 12 days time now again I have to waste my time to buy the same product from market. Please guide me
