wrong commitment activation of broadband plan

while selecting the broadband plans i selected the plan of 549 Rs. but your sales executive prince (8878888916) activated the plan of 699 & told me that its because of some technical issue & the plan will be changed in 3 or 4 days.
when Mr. hemant (9893323390) came to me for the connection he also promised that the plan will be changed in 3 or 4 days & he told me not to complaint anyone on this subject & to tell ok for everything whenever i get a confirmation call from your customer care.
when i received confirmation call as i promised to Mr. hament i said yes everything is perfect u can carry on & update my plan.
but according to the commitments of your sales executives neither my plans have been changed nor they are receiving my call.
i also have complained many times at your city office & mailed u 2 times but my problem is not resolved.
so, kindly resolve my issue & reevaluate my bill amount as soon as possible or just disconnect my internet connection.
