I have participate in 100bestbuy contest for winning samsung galaxy grand and made purchase of Rs 699. At the time of participation they told me either I win the prize or i will get my money back. But now after 1 month they didn’t tell me the result. When I track my order through my phone number that I have mentioned that time(8527514835) then a message appears on the screen “our executive will tell you the result of contest”. Even I mark the mail about the result of contest but their team never replied. they are having poor customer service. Either they refund my money or they should gave me my prize Regards Abhinav Bhatnagar
