I have done no purchases by using the card but the bank is charging falsely ,i have already contacted their call centre several times ,but the bank is not taking my concern instead ,the bank has been adding penalty after after penalty and the initial false bill of 900/ rupees is now 4200/-

please help me sir in getting out from this fraud by the bank.
