On 2nd June, 2009, My credit card was debited with two entries of Rs 25000.00 each in favour of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE , MUMBAI.
When contacted with the bank’s customer care no one responded proprely.
The customer care of ICICI prudential has denied any such transaction for the card No: 4076 5150 4737 9001 in the name of Mr. Atul Kumar Nigam (Card Holder).

When contacted with ICICI credit card deptt . by e-mail , they had registered a complaint against ICICI PRUDENTIAL bearing service request No: SR 111580249 on 08.07.2009 .There is no communication from ICICI Creditcard deptt since then, eventhough sending two reminders to them.
