on 21.05.2010 at 06.55 hrs at Shahad Railway Stn. Counter No.2, I handed over my old season ticket and Rs.250/- to booking clerk, he punched the details and gave me ticket and balance amount. on receiving the excess money I chekced my ticket which was issued for main line and I wanted for 2 routes (main and Hrabour line) the old ticket given to him was also for 2 routes. I immediately pointed to the booking clerk, he refused to listen and also did not issue to fresh tickets. Station Master was also not available for making complaint in compalint book.
