I have ported my CDMA reliance number (postpaid) to GSM reliance number (postpaid). At the time of porting, member of reliance outlet of Hadapsar Pune area told me that the plan remains same for GSM. Now the plan changed & my bill amount is increased by Rs.500. Today i.e. 20.04.2013, called to make a complaint to reliance, the person told me there is no rule or something for the above said query. No communication between customer care person & outlet member.
To change bill or give me waiver in this bill for Rs.500
