wrongly disconnected

Dear Sirs,

I am life time customer with Idea 9824124276, since 03/06/2006. For this they
had charged me Rs 1100/- and informed that incoming calls will never be stalled,
only outgoing calls will be stalled if there is no credit.

(1) When I returned from abroad on 27/08/2010, I had no connection.

(2) I visited Idea office on 28/08/2010 and I was informed to leave phone with
some one in India for making call once in a month. Simply rediculous.

(3) I sent emails to all concerned as per their website. Their customer care
replied for use in 6 months, but it is disconnected before 6 months.

(4) They argue of SMS and voice mail before disconnection, which a person in
abroad can never receive.

(5) Why a customer need to waste interest free Rs 1100/- (new customers need not
pay any thing).

(6) Their website states use in 3 months for new customers only.

(7) Further reply from their customer care states for reactivation I should
appraoch as new customer. That is possible with other service providers, also.

(8) What about Rs 1100 + running coupon + mental harassment and financial loss
due to nonavailability of connection?
