On 19th November 2013, i have ordered for a Elgi Ultra Grind Plus Wet Grinder (1 No – Item Code – 167828) through online portal www.cromaretail.com). I have made the entire payment of Rs. 6430 (Paid Through ICICI Credit Card)and on 23rd Nov 2013), i have received the damaged product of ELGI ultra Grind Plus wet grinder from Croma through Blue dart courier (AWB No:69026375456). The damage is mainly on the outer plastic casing which is damaged due to Packing & Transportation. I have requested Croma retail for replacing the damaged product received which is totally unusable. But the damaged product is yet to picked from my home & poor response and mentally harassed by Croma retail customer care service.
Rs. 6430 paid in advance and credit locked up for nearly 3 months. Poor response & mentally harrased by Croma retail customer care service.
Reimbursement of Entire amount Rs. 6430 paid along with interest charges for 3 months
