sir, i gave order for 5 in 1 sofa bed for rs.4500/- on site http://www.dealmantra.co.in/5in1-air-sofa/?gclid=ckzc0ttmvrgcfffu4godxcgazg. next day the order was confirmed by mobile no. 9953102265 and sms was sent by mobile no. 9953699437.she said that it is under 1 year warranty and is not made of china. product was delivered on 24 jul13 by invoice no.31706. there was no warranty card and it was made of china and was smaller than the size stated. immediately i rang to mobile no. 9953102265 as it was under 100% money back guarantee for 30 days. she said that money will be refunded within a week and product will be taken back. now more than 20 days passed neither they attend my call nor refunded money
