I made a booking with dpauls on 14th oct for Crowne plaza hotel at rohini, New delhi and i paid the amount by credit card in full. The amount was 12148/-. The next day i got a call that this amount is not complete and I should pay 3100/- per room per night in the form of taxes. Whereas in the website which is www.dpauls.com there was nothing written in the terms and conditions that taxes will be extra. I called a person concerned with dpauls named “Rajesh” with phone number +91 9212647117 and asked whether this amount includes taxes because there is no word taxes written here. He said yes the amount is inclusive of taxes. And now ie on 15th oct these people are saying I need to pay more.

I want either my booking should be confirmed with the amount i had paid which is 12148/- and i should not be asked for any extra amount either by the Dpauls or the hotel OR Dpauls should pay me Rs 1 lakh as a compensation for misguiding me about the prices which was mentioned on their website.
