I had order a Bouquet of Flowers (Mixed Colored Roses), Teddy Bear, Assorted Chocolate & Card as a Birthday present for my Fiancee. Description on the website “It Contains 24 assorted roses in a glass vase , Mixed Chocolates. 6 Inch Teddy Bear. Delightful varying roses in a vase to spoil the exceptional one on a special day ! Astonish further with mouth watering gourmet chocolates & Teddy bear” The Link provided http://www.flaberry.com/flowers/roses/happy-birthday.html#.UsKZ5PQW2bE However what was delivered was 1.) Ugly cheap red & White coloured fur teddy with twisted nose and Eyes is sent instead of decent and attractive one 2.) Only Red Roses Sent instead of Mixed one. 3.) Roses sent like Bush with leaves Not Trimmed and presentable. 4.) Vase is disgusting. Square Box-like vase is sent instead of the attractive curvy one. 5.) The chocolate are also disgusting and of low grade Instead of assorted that is promised.

Deliver as displayed in the picture and if that is not possible refund of my Money INR 1189.15
