I have ordered Google nexus 5 mobile phone from online shopping website http://www.ibhejo.com on 24thDec2013. Now Order tracking (tracking number 8001965483) the status is waiting, remember this is the 9th day after order placed. When I call their customer support they put me on hold upto 18:17 minutes and they wont respond(ph:02261326132).

Product delivery is the ultimate solution what I looking for or provision to cancel the order and refund.
