Respected Sir/ Madam I placed the same order twice on http://www.indiaflowersgifts.com/ on 20-Aug-13. It was system error due to which the second order went through. I called on the helpline number given on their website which is +919230721098 but this is busy for the last 3 days. Therefore I registered a query on their website and also sent them a mail regarding this. However there has been no response. 1 out of the 2 orders was fulfilled and delivery was done.
