i needed a internet connection. i saw banner of internet provider company Nexta(http://www.nextraworld.com/) so i registered for a new connection on 30th or 31st December 2013. So on 1st January 2014 i got a call from Abhimanyu for verification,when i confirmed he came to me on the same day at about 4.30 pm and said that we(nextra) will provide you internet connection but for which you have to pay 1500 rupee for security money and we will provide you wireless router .he said that we will start you connection from 4th January 2014 and said there will be a mail confirmation mail. so i gave 1500 rupee for new prepaid internet connection to Abhimanyu kumar and his number is 8527374760.But on 4th January no one came for setup and so i called Abhimanyu he said that he arrange it tomorrow, till then he was repeating same thing every day, but from Thursday(09-01-2014) he is not receiving my call, so i called the number (0124-6111444) of company the representative said that today(10-01-2014) our representative call for connection and by today or tomorrow(11-01-2013) you connection will start and my gave me complaint number-20075010338. But still there is no call. According to the company they take maximum one week for a connection but it is already more than a week(12 days) my connection is not started. even there is no any action taken by company for this new connection.

i want to make it start my internet connection. Or if they do not want to provide connection they i would like to refund my money and also the amount of money(more than 50 rupee) i have wasted in calling him. They should also be fined with some amount so that they stop telling a lie and befouling people .
