Dear Sir, Date: 25.10.2013 I done a online transaction on 10.06.2013 from www.paytm.com for recharge my DTH Data card. I done two transaction of INR 200. Both Transaction were failed of INR 400. Paytm received payment from my bank and after failed transaction paytm add this amount in my paytm account. now i had paytm cash equel to INR 400. Paytm give a facility that we can send paytm cash in our bank account. i used 50 paytm cash now i had remains 350 paytm cash. I used paytm facility to deposite This 350 paytm cash in my bank account. I got an email from paytm that within 21 working days i will get my payment but still I am waiting. I send many emails to paytm but paytm are not responding. Please advice me what can I do to get my payment from paytm. Kindly find herewith attached email conversation with paytm.
