I’ve placed order for Logitech Call Center Style Headphone with Mic on Order Date 01 Oct 2013, 03:17 PM Order Number :- 7271885. Delivered on 18-Oct-2013. It was shipped with Defective one. Immediately I’ve called and informed to Customer care /sent mail with photo graph on 23 Oct 2013. Complaint ticket number 578238. But till time no body coming to pick up return material. I called Customer support many times but there is no response from them.

I’m frustrated to talking with Customer support poor service. I want my money back.
