I had credited Rs.699/- to Svaiza’s account via credit card participating in a contest to win Samsung Phone. I did not win the same. I requested them for refund, they said I could buy anything from their website www.svaiza.com. There are not much options and hence I do not wish to buy anything from them. I had written to them abt it, but there has been no response. I tried their number too, but there is no response.
