www.tradus.com – not refunding my money

i ordered online 2 Beetel land phones from www.tradus.com (with online payment) on 09/07/2013. On 17/07/2013 they told me that they have cancelled the order and they initiated the refund process. Then I bought the same product from market.In this mean time on 21/07/2013 they have placed the product in my address(In my paying guest, where I stay)to one another person,because I was absent that time. Then I contacted them , and asked some suggestion , according to their suggestion I returned the product on 24/07/2013 with my own money(but in their website they assured that reverse pick-up facility is there with them). And they received it on 27/07/2013. And on 29/07/2013 they told me that they accepted the product. But till today they are not refunding me. In this mean time I have contacted with them thrice with e-mail. But they are avoiding the problem. Please solve the problem.

Refund of total money(3400/-) added by some penalty for harassing me by more than one month.
