I had ordered Woodland Shoes worth RS 1999/- on www.yebhi.com on 26th Nov 2013. I got delivery of the packet on 5 Dec 2013, but i got wrong item.There were two magazines in the packet instead of shoes. I informed the customer care at the same time about the wrong delivery.Then they ask me to send snapshots of the order received. I sent them the same on 05 Dec 2013.Then they called me on 09 Dec 2013 about my complaint. Now they are just trying to prove that the packet was tempered and it was my mistake to receive the tempered packet, but as i received the packet i didn’t find it a tempered one. And as a consumer i expect that i will get what i have ordered. Company should take its responsibility not to deliver the right item to right person.
I want that company should provide me the right product that i had ordered or should return my amount RS 1999/-.
