On my prepaid no (8792419506) I had a balance around 180 Rs (as on 8th December) . Suddenly I observed in sameday afternoon that balance became 3 Rs where I did not made any call. I had also a 3G plan which supposed to be end on 8th December & its still has some MB free among the 1GB assigned. When I reported the issue to TATA docomo( call no M16743725/M16746623) , they told as GPRS balance is crossed the free usages so they charged the amount & confirm they will not refund But, my concern is that As per Tata docomo norms ,I supposed to get a warning that my free limit is going to cross. I did not received any such much. And again when I checked 8th December my GPRS balance was showing around 1 MB left. Its a clear cut fault of docomo that without any warning they deducting amount . Its fraud & I want my money back.
