I had several times requested to Idea representative about my credit limit to keep with in 1500rs only that too in written request on email(still have these email) as per the concerned person’s direction. But my credit limit went gone up times and is presently 3000 rs pm. Secondly I had requested to upgrade my plan from 250 rental plan to 599 mega combo plan which was upgraded and communicated to me via email from idea comfirming the same wef 8th Dec 12.00 am. In this new plan i had to get free 3G data of 2GB/PM on pro-rata basis. But even though my pack was activated in midnight of 8th i was charged for the internet services used which supposed to be free as included in pack itself.

First of all i need my credit limit to be kept 1500 pm only. Secondly i need all wrong charges to be reversed as, my new plan was activated on 8th Dec @12.00 am in midnight, so how i could be charged for services which i was ssupposed to get as per plan benefits.
