I had purchased Karbonn Mobile Model No. A-15, IMEI No. 911244650651872 & IMEI No. 911244650651880 on 13th Feb 2013, with warranty period of 1 Year. On 1st Oct 2013 I found that there was no response from phone and it was again submitted at Call Care (Also Known as Karbonn Clinic), D-30, Nirman Vihar, Shakarpur Contact No. 011-31929900 Job Sheet No.KJASPDL1081013K567, ASP Code: KJASPDL108, it was under warranty and reported as Dead Handset in their record. But, after continuous follow up, and 80 Days past, I have not received my phone back till date. When I visited their service center on 26th Oct 2013, their service center employee Mr Gaurav told me that phone has been sent to centralized service center of Karbonn Mobile for repairing and they are not able to provide the current status. They provided me your toll free no. 18001024660, to call, but no one is picking this phone. Again I visited their store on 8th Nov 2013, they provided me email Id’s support@karbonnmobiles.com & info@karbonnmobiles.com to send mail. On 9th Nov 2013, I wrote mail to both mail Id’s but till date there is no satisfactory reply from their side. On 14th Nov 2013, I had sent reminder on email id’s like support@karbonnmobiles.com info@karbonnmobiles.com; info@jainaindia.com; support@jainaindia.com; Till date I had sent 5 Reminders and two reply from their side but there was not satisfactory reply. On 7th Dec 2013 I had visited their service center to give my written application regarding the status of my phone and Mr. K K Mishra who was there at that point of time in store, refused to accept my application and he told me that their service center is not authorized to accept any application. Then I took help of Delhi Police to submit my written request to Cell Care & Karbonn Mobile and this is mentioned on the receiving of my application.

1. New Handset 2. Compensation of 2 months harresment 3. Ban on the sale of this type of co’s who is not care for after sales services.
