We purchased a Xerox 3045 NI Printer. Serial No of our machine is 3192779471. Xerox Printer Workcenter 3045 NI (Date of purchase 18th Sep 2012). The printer has a three year warranty. This printer was giving problem of paper jamming for quite a long time. When we lodged a complaint, they sent a complete UNEDUCATED PERSON WHO MISHANDLED THE PRINTER , and printer was physically damaged as well and he could not even close the printer and left the machine as it is (without closing). After complaining at least 20 times (by email, telephones) they again sent HCL staff who was not aware of Xerox printers and the printer was mishandled. After repeated reminders they said that we have used refilled cartridges and therefore printer is damaged. We shown the cartridges to their own engineer who confirmed in front of us that cartridges are genuine. But the company is still adamant and not responsive. So much so, they never answer to any of the emails and acting dumb. When called on there customer care number , they say please email your complaint. We have all the pictures with us including how they left the printer open every time and copies of all the emails sent by us.
