I have purchased a redmi 2 prime phone (MI INDIA) from a commercial site snapdeal on 26th Nov 2015 and there is some issue in that phone so i took it to service center Varanasi (ASTON COMPUTERS- Authorized Service Center of XIOMI in Varanasi) on June 3rd 2016 the phone is in warranty. They promised me to solve this in 15 days on 20th june service center told me to call to XIOMI INDIA(MI INDIA help line 1800-103-6286). After several calls and emails they only tolerate the issue till current date 23rd July 2016 more than 60 days over i am unable to get my handset repaired.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND COMPENSATION AGAINST MENTAL TENSION AND LOSS IN MY WORK
