Xolo A1000 mobile faulty product

I bought a Xolo A1000 mobile on March 2013. A week later the phone fell down and its display was damaged. I sent the phone to Xolo service centre (Bangalore) on 15th March 2013. The service centre guys told me to pay Rs 7118/- for the repair and i paid it. I had not received my phone till today (July 22, 2013) and had not recieved proper reply from service centre.

I had paid Rs 7118 for the repair and my phone is with them. I would like to get back my money and the handset.

I want them to refund my money in full and to repair my handset for free and return it to me as soon as possible.
