I have brought Xolo A800 one and half year before @poorvika mobile store.The mobile was to good.before a month my mobile touch has suddenly got problem.so i took my mobile to poorvika they gave the service centre number and address(DEPROSY TECHNOLOGIES).in that service centre they said me the warranty was over a month back so i gave in out warranty they said the touch cost will be around 2000 i also acpect it and they said the mobile will be ready within 2 or 3 weeks.but it almost 1and half month over.I called to them they said your mobile will be send to company after the mobile made ready i will call u but still now i not get any phone call from them but i call them day before yesterday they said the touch cost 7000 is it posible the actual price of the mobile is around 11, 500 before 1 year but the price was totally reduced now to 8000 something.And also i said please return the mobile but they said after coming from company i will call the service man replied me but still now I not get any call.Its a way to treat the customer ? if u r like this then how i will suggest your products to my friends and relatives.And thank you for your good treat.
