sir i have bought a xolo q1000 on 20-08-13 but sadly there was a problem with the batteries so i have sent it for repairmen on 13-03-14 to the service center mentioned above.after a week i called them up for inquiry they said that it will take a week. after a week they say that it was sent to company and will be receiving soon .till today 8-4-14 i haven’t received my ph the service center do sent respond anymore i even asked for a number for supervisor they REFUSED GIVING ME THE NUMBER. i emailed them but NO REPLY FROM WEBSITE AND CALLCENTER
i just want my phone back as soon as possible
