Dear Sir, I have submitted my Xolo Omega 5.5 Model at Xolo authorised service center in Udaipur, K.K. Enterprises for repair under warranty period (Work Order No. 510005438182 dated 21.08.2015). Treatment of service center is pathetic, it took 2~3 week firstly to make a job sheet, than another 2 week in get the phone repaired. he never picked up a call during service period despite calling 20~30 times a day so i can get an update. Now after the mobile is repaired, service center person is asking to produce an affidavit as I lost the work order, though I have a copy & original bill of the mobile (attached). I need not to produce any affidavit as I have the original bill & copy of work order & demanding any affidavit from service center is a mental harassment.
