Xolo Care – Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I am not satisfied with services provided by xolo care. I am using Q1100 for last 11 months and facing network issue. After switching on internet services my sim network fails in few hrs. I have been to service centre several times at Sai Communication located in laxmi nagar but did not received any positive response till yet. I have already sent them proof of problem in video. My phone is still in warranty period and i keep getting my phone back for last 3 times after 10 days period. Always said by executive that phone has been working fine but i am still getting same problem.They are not replacing my phone. They simply refused to take any positive action and just told me do whatever i want(words said by Promod) Please advise next correct course of action. Work Order No. 510007677702 Last WO.
