I am writing this for the second time to you on the issues i have with XOLO customer care and there service. I had a broken display in XOLO Q700 6 months old phone. Gave it for repairing a month ago and still they have not been able to resolve it. There is no TAT and the Harvinder from the backend team is also not able to commit and resolve. feeling helpless as if they couldnot resolve issues they should not be in the market.
