XOLO HANDSFREE NOT REPLACED AFTER 2 MONTHS

I’m RAKESH i’d given my Xolo handsfree for Replacement on 07-02-2014 to Shashwath solutions, the service center guys told like within 25 days you will get back your handsfree. After 25 days i asked them for replacement of handsfree they told like another 15 days, and again i sent mail to XOLO customer care after 15 days i got mail saying that we couludnt reach u on that number again i sented mail given my mobile number again , still I’ve not received the item.

On 2/04/2014 they informed as handsfree has come, when i went to the service center they have given me the handsfree that is not having any name in the handsfree may be it is a local item and they are giving to the customers for replacements.

I’ve never seen this kind of service in my whole life so please anyone going to purchase this company product think and buy , there is value to the customers and there products , Please help me .
