This is to inform you that I had submit my Xolo 1000 Opus at your Lajpat Nagar Service Center on 1st July, 2014 as it was not working. The said has been notified by your service engineer and request to submit the same so that it will be send to Xolo Office for repair. They had promised that the said has been repaired within 10 days time. I had also immediately received SMS with a commitment to deliver the same before 6th July, 2014. My Service Job Order No. is 310000549244. I am sorry to say that the said phone is still not repair till date i.e. 21st July, 2014. You are requested to immediately informed me about the status and how much more time you will be taken. If my phone is not repair immediately, I have other legal option including filing FIR against your service centre or so on.
I am continuously calling at Xolo Customer Care, but they doesn’t bother about my complaint and simply telling the your mobile phone is being send at Noida and will be repaired at any time.
