Dear sir, my self Narender Singh bisht we mentally harassment with xolo service. We replaced xolo Q2000L touch screen by xolo service center ( cost is 3500) which part replaced by service center is not original becuse this screen is not properly fit and not working. so we talk to service center he replaced other touch screen but there touch is OK but display use older mobile. So against complaint to service center then he talk that he generate a part request a new touch screen with display (work order no is- 510007496246) but after 10 to 12 days part request is cancelled. We talk to service center but not response properly. Then we talk ASM ( north regions) in noida then he say’s that he request new part with our hand and part revive in 8 to 10 days. After 10 days ASM talk with me and say summit your phone accessories and take new phone. But when we going to shops for collect new phone then shopkeeper say you purchess any other phone of xolo and lava company with cost of 6500 because my phone market current cost is 6500 but my phone cost is 10300 when we purchess and we pay already for touch screen cost 3500. So we are take Alfa L phone but this phone is not good this phone defective becuse touch is not work smoothly And display like as vga . when we talk to shopkeeper to next day about this phone he says my work is only sell not service. Old phone detail- xolo Q2000L Imei– 911372200450931 And new phone detail – Lava Alfa L Imei No- 91143851035308 New Alfa l phone not smoothly working problem is new phone touch screen not work properly is sensor is poor. And this phone is full HD but display show as VGA.
