Dear, Sir Madam i have handed over my cell phone xolo 1000 in your service centre named best services (shop no- g1&g2, netaji subhash place, new delhi) due to hanging & no power problem. Sir they have give me time of 15 days but after 20 days i have call they dont give me any positive serponce. Sir First of all they dont pick phone and they dont have manners of talking. My phone have delivered by company and i have check through docket no of courier company they show courier is delivered but your service centre has no information about that they say me that handset was still in company….sir that is very bad i have talk with miss ponam they dont give me right information… i have suffer 20-25days without my phone….please think about your customer and try to fix these problems as soon as possible.
