Dear Xolo Company I have purchased my Mobile XOLO A600 (IMEI no–911332302482398) from shivam communication on 17th May, 2014.My complaint Bill Number(Receipt Number) is “897”. xolo a600 mobile touch was not worked perfactly during this month.And I went to submitted my mobile into “VISION CARE SERVICE CENTER” at Bapunagar( Address is:_122,ff.,Prarthana Complex, Nr. Kakadiya hospital, India colony cross road, Bapunagar, ahmedabad, Gujarat.382350 / and service center phone Number:9925455990) on 27th June,2014, and they said to me you will take your xolo a600 mobile afer 25 days.And then I went to go after 25 days Vision Care service center,and he said to me your mobile is not repaired at this time, you can go when your mobile will be repaired then i will call you back. I asked he that how many day for this process, He said to me that I don’t know. They are not satisfied answer to me(consumer).When I call Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest Either you send me New piece of Mobile and repair my mobile in earliest time and hand-over in good condition Also I request you to proceed to take strict action against your VISION CARE SERVICE CENTER. I was call Mr. Chitranjan Jha ( xolo delear Mobile Number:9998011033) , he does not received call in whole day.
