As per your trail mail , I have visited at your service center to collect my mobile hand set. on the visit at@ Mayank Services they trying to handover my set saying it is repaired and working. but once i checked the set i have denied to take delivery as all my issues was unaddressed and set was as faulty as it was at the time of giving for service with the
Issue which was facing

Video / Audio voice ;- No voice during playing video/ audio
Calling Volume pitch ;- Calling Volume was very low even the volume was put on the maximum.
Phone hanging :- Phone was having hanging problem which can not be checked on the same time .

Your service center people was trying to say this call will be close and new order will be place . i have not accepted this as my call can be close only once i will accept the set and when i have not accepted it , how can call be closed automatic.

Kindly check and resolve the issue also reply on the raised query not reply generic .

Its was discussed at service center they promise me they will provide me new set in case of not repaired with in 1-2 month but how this will close . this is harassment .
